Many factors influence the final effect of a plant extract such as turmeric or boswellia. Parameters such as location, harvest time, extraction method, etc. The only objective evidence you can really rely on is repeated clinical studies. Studies conducted on the extracts and at the dose included in the supplement. Below is a selection of relevant studies. Some of the studies are carried out on indications that go beyond the health claims registered with EFSA. However, since the studies also support the authorized health claims regarding function, safety and absorption, we have nevertheless chosen to make them available.
